What you will do

• Create user documentation in partnership with developers and business teams.
• Review and edit documentation to maintain high standards of quality and accuracy.
• Identify, prioritize, and resolve documentation gaps and needs.
• Maintain writing, publishing, and style-guide best practices.
• Manage and structure documentation projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Host training sessions and workshops to encourage developer participation in documentation.

Requirements

• Outstanding writing and editing skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical subjects into clear, concise prose for the intended audience.
• 3+ years of technical writing experience or comparable software development experience.
• Experience with programming, scripting, or statistical packages.
• Experience working with engineering teams in the software development process.
• Ability to prioritize, adapt, and work independently in an unstructured, fast-moving environment.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in software engineering or data science.
• Experience creating interactive tutorials or recorded demonstrations.
