Senior Technical Writer

Annual base salary: $66,000–$128,000 USD

What you will do

• Write, edit, proofread, format, and publish technical documents according to ISO/TS quality standards and company guidelines.
• Work with internal subject matter experts to convert complex technical information into accurate, complete, customer-focused documentation.
• Coordinate formal document reviews, incorporate feedback, and manage publication.
• Plan and deliver multiple documentation projects within agreed deadlines.
• Create and edit graphics, screenshots, block diagrams, and other technical figures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience as a technical writer or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent grammar, written communication, organizational, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and work independently while collaborating with a team.
• Working knowledge of PC tools and software, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a global, fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with RWS Tridion Docs, Publication Manager, Oxygen XML Author, Adobe FrameMaker, Microsoft Visio, or Adobe Acrobat.
• Experience with Ethernet, USB, and PCIe technologies and specifications.
