Technical Program Manager

Location: Onsite in Santa Clara, California; primarily an in-office role requiring work from the Santa Clara office except during PTO, work travel, or approved leave.

Annual base salary: $205,000–$308,000 USD, with potential incentive pay and/or equity.

What you will do

• Drive multiple concurrent engineering programs with cross-functional internal and external stakeholders.
• Build schedules, manage dependencies and critical paths, identify risks and bottlenecks, and maintain execution through delivery.
• Coordinate software releases, infrastructure deployments, engineering tools, and process improvements.
• Communicate priorities, schedules, status, decisions, and mitigations across technical and non-technical teams.
• Facilitate technical architecture discussions, conflict resolution, deployment decisions, and vendor or partner coordination.
• Coordinate operational activities including QBRs, monthly updates, annual planning, and CapEx tracking.

Requirements

• Experience as a Technical Program Manager managing complex, feature-rich engineering programs.
• Experience managing projects across the full SDLC, from investigation and design through execution, product delivery, and customer feedback.
• Strong project and technical judgment, analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to influence across team boundaries.
• Ability to manage schedules, risks, dependencies, corrective actions, stakeholder communication, and delivery decisions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for working with technical, non-technical, and cross-functional groups.
• MS in computer science, MBA, or equivalent engineering management education is preferred.

• Experience with virtual infrastructure-related programs and schedule management.
