What you will do
- Assemble mechanical components and subassemblies according to technical drawings, CAD models, and work instructions.
- Operate basic shop tools and equipment to fabricate or modify parts as needed.
- Perform functional testing and troubleshoot assembled units.
- Collaborate with engineers to improve manufacturability and assembly efficiency.
- Maintain documentation of assembly procedures, modifications, and test results.
- Follow company and industry quality and safety standards.
Requirements
- Experience in mechanical assembly, testing, and troubleshooting; 2+ years is preferred.
- Recent graduates and entry-level candidates may be considered, with on-the-job training provided.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and diagnostic abilities.
- Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively.
- Self-motivation, resourcefulness, and a strong sense of ownership.
