Senior HR Business Partner (Asia)

Location: Taipei, Taiwan. Candidates must be located in Taiwan and legally authorized to work there.

What you will do

• Act as the senior HR business partner for APAC leadership and support an organization of approximately 150 employees across Asia.
• Advise senior leaders on organizational design, leadership effectiveness, workforce planning, team performance, and talent retention.
• Lead employee relations and HR operations, including employee lifecycle changes, compensation cycles, policy implementation, and local labor-law compliance.
• Champion hirify.global’s culture and values while adapting employee experience initiatives to local cultural contexts.
• Partner with the HQ Talent Acquisition Lead to define the APAC hiring strategy, execute recruitment, build talent pipelines, and strengthen the regional employer brand.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in HR business partnering or HR management.
• Experience supporting multi-country teams across Asia; China experience is a plus.
• Strong cross-cultural experience bridging Western and Asian cultures, ways of working, and expectations.
• Experience working with senior leaders and influencing decision-making.
• Experience with talent acquisition strategy and recruitment execution.
• Excellent English communication skills and legal authorization to work in Taiwan.

Nice to have

• Experience working in Western countries or in Western-headquartered or Western-culture companies.
• Experience working in China.
