What you will do
- Implement talent acquisition activities and support headcount forecasting.
- Support HR process flows and maintain HR systems.
- Plan and implement talent development, retention, and employee training activities.
- Support employee relations and compensation and benefits processes.
- Analyze HR data using standard data sources.
- Participate in optimizing HR operations.
Requirements
- Strong ambition, self-motivation, resilience, and results orientation.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Analytical thinking, logical reasoning, numerical ability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to learn quickly, execute efficiently, and work effectively in a team.
- Good command of verbal and written English is required.
