What you will do
- Partner with manufacturing leaders on organization design, workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement.
- Coach leaders on leadership effectiveness, performance management, and employee development.
- Lead succession planning and talent review processes to build a pipeline of future talent.
- Support the attraction, development, and retention of manufacturing and engineering talent.
- Lead organizational change initiatives and transformation programs.
- Manage employee relations, workforce analytics, engagement action planning, labor compliance, and collaboration with global HR teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of HR experience, including experience as an HR Business Partner.
- Experience supporting manufacturing, operations, engineering, or industrial organizations and large manufacturing workforces.
- Strong knowledge of talent management, workforce planning, organizational development, and employee relations.
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills.
- Strong English communication skills required. Ability to work effectively in a global matrix environment.
Nice to have
- Semiconductor, electronics, or high-tech manufacturing experience.
- Master’s degree or relevant HR certification.
- Experience leading organizational change and transformation initiatives.
