HR Business Partner - Back-End Manufacturing (Philippines)

What you will do

• Partner with manufacturing leaders on organization design, workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement.
• Advise and coach leaders on leadership effectiveness, performance management, and employee development.
• Lead succession planning and talent review processes to build a pipeline of future talent.
• Support the attraction, development, and retention of manufacturing and engineering talent.
• Lead organizational change and transformation initiatives while supporting employee relations and a positive employee experience.
• Use workforce analytics and engagement survey insights to support data-driven decisions and action planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of HR experience, including experience as an HR Business Partner.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, operations, engineering, or industrial organizations, including large manufacturing workforces.
• Knowledge of talent management, workforce planning, organizational development, employee relations, and leader coaching.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills.
• Strong English communication skills required. Ability to work effectively in a global matrix environment and ensure compliance with local labor legislation.

Nice to have

• Semiconductor, electronics, or high-tech manufacturing experience.
• Master’s degree or relevant HR certification.
