Location: Cabuyao, Philippines; onsite at a strategic back-end manufacturing site

What you will do
- Partner with manufacturing leaders on organization design, workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement.
- Coach leaders on leadership effectiveness, performance management, employee development, and employee relations.
- Drive succession planning, talent reviews, and initiatives to attract, develop, and retain manufacturing and engineering talent.
- Lead and support organizational change initiatives and transformation programs.
- Use workforce analytics and engagement survey results to support data-driven decisions and action planning.
- Collaborate with global HR centers of excellence and shared services while ensuring compliance with local labor legislation and company standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of HR experience, including experience as an HR Business Partner.
- Experience supporting manufacturing, operations, engineering, or industrial organizations, ideally in semiconductor, electronics, or high-tech manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of talent management, workforce planning, organizational development, employee relations, and leadership coaching.
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills.
- Strong English communication skills and the ability to work onsite in Cabuyao, Philippines.

- Experience supporting large manufacturing workforces.
- Master’s degree or relevant HR certification.
- Experience leading organizational change and transformation initiatives.
