Senior HR Business & Talent Partner

Location: Chon Buri, Thailand, supporting manufacturing sites in Chon Buri and Pinehurst

What you will do

• Lead talent acquisition strategy for the Thailand manufacturing sites across production, engineering, operations, quality, and site leadership roles.
• Partner with site leaders and hiring managers to translate workforce plans into recruiting priorities and execution plans.
• Own full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, offer support, and follow-through.
• Serve as the primary HR partner for employees and managers, providing guidance on employee relations, performance discussions, organizational changes, and people decisions.
• Coordinate with global HR, site leadership, IT, Finance, and cross-functional teams to implement HR programs across Thailand.
• Improve onboarding and employee experience by maintaining clear 30-, 60-, and 90-day plans and scalable HR processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field required; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 8–12 years of progressive HR experience, including HR business partnership and full-cycle recruiting.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, operations, engineering, or other site-based workforces is preferred.
• Ability to build recruiting pipelines, manage hiring processes, and use hiring data to improve outcomes.
• Strong judgment, communication, influencing, and collaboration skills across local and global teams.
