Senior Employee Relations Advisor (HR)

What you will do

• Manage employee relations administration, including medical accommodations, leave of absence processes, and performance improvement action plans.
• Partner with HRBPs and managers by providing pragmatic employee relations advice and coaching.
• Investigate workplace incidents fairly and develop solutions aligned with organizational values.
• Use employee data to identify trends and create proactive employee relations strategies.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and align internal policies with corporate guidelines.
• Design and facilitate manager training based on identified business needs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Employee Relations, HR Business Partner, or an equivalent role.
• Business-level English and Polish, including speaking, reading, and writing.
• Practical knowledge of Polish labour law regulations and experience implementing them through corporate policies.
• Experience working as an HR specialist or in a similar position within a global, matrix-structured organization.
• Strong analytical, judgment, problem-solving, communication, facilitation, and business partnership skills.
• Experience managing projects independently, balancing multiple priorities, stakeholders, and workstreams.
