Senior Specialist Corporate CoE Performance & Talent to Value Mgmt (Automotive)

Location: Wrocław, Poland; flexible work schedule with a possible home office solution. A relocation bonus is available for candidates based more than 100 km from Wrocław.

What you will do

• Design, implement, and manage global talent development concepts, standards, and processes.
• Provide expertise and guidance on performance, succession, and competency management.
• Guide global performance and succession processes, including performance and development dialogues and talent conferences.
• Prepare and facilitate global talent conferences, training sessions, and workshops.
• Consult international HR stakeholders, including HR Business Partners, Centers of Expertise, and Shared Service Centers, on process and system matters.
• Create process documentation, presentation templates, reports, enablement materials, and KPI dashboards while analyzing data for process steering.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Psychology with a focus on Human Resources Management.
• At least 5 years of experience in talent management within global large-scale organizations.
• Experience designing, implementing, and managing talent development processes, especially performance and succession management.
• Experience steering global HR projects, with strong analytical, methodological, conceptual, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Excellent Microsoft 365 skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel, plus experience with SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals and Succession & Development or a similar system.
• Proficient business English required.
