Business Analyst - Lending & PM Tools

Location: Chicago, IL, United States. Work arrangement details, including the proportion of onsite and remote work, will be discussed during the interview. Candidates must be legally eligible to work at the specified location.

Salary: $90,000–$115,000 per year, based on experience, qualifications, and location. Eligibility for incentive compensation may apply.

What you will do

• Gather and document complex business requirements and facilitate solution design discussions with business partners.
• Develop and validate solution design documentation covering scope, requirements, and quality assurance.
• Support end-to-end project implementation as a subject matter expert and guide technology and project professionals.
• Coordinate stakeholder requests and create presentations, communication plans, key messages, and tactical deliverables.
• Investigate business-raised production issues and coordinate resolutions with developers when needed.
• Contribute to risk management, cost optimization, audit, and continuous monitoring initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a business systems consulting or business analysis role leading projects and designing solutions.
• Knowledge of financial markets, including stocks, options, fixed income, and mutual funds.
• Working knowledge of financial product concepts and calculations, including bond amortization, accrued income, expected income, and yields.
• Experience with SQL, Azure DevOps, quality assurance, and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States at the specified location; visa sponsorship is not available.

• Experience with Agile methodologies.
