IT Asset Management Engineer

What you will do

• Provide technical support for infrastructure services and respond to infrastructure issues and incidents.
• Contribute to the implementation of infrastructure projects and assignments.
• Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure systems to maintain reliability and performance.
• Analyze infrastructure technologies and apply technical knowledge to resolve technical challenges.
• Prepare and maintain incident logs, configuration records, and other infrastructure documentation.
• Follow established best practices and standards for infrastructure service delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Typically 4+ years of relevant industry experience, including at least 1 year in a similar role.
• Experience in infrastructure technology analysis.
• Proficiency in data analysis and technical knowledge.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry technologies.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in a relevant field.
• CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, or Google Associate Cloud Engineer certification.
