What you will do

• Manage the full incident lifecycle, including intake, triage, root cause analysis, and resolution.
• Transform recurring issues into systemic fixes and actionable roadmap recommendations.
• Integrate risk-adjusted thinking into product planning and new feature launches.
• Standardize playbooks and align operational processes with enterprise risk frameworks.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Tech, Operations, and Risk teams to drive accountability.
• Prepare executive-ready summaries and documentation for leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 6-10+ years of experience in product management, risk management, or operations in complex environments.
• Professional background in fintech or financial services with familiarity with SDLC.
• Proven ability to use data and dashboards to identify patterns and influence product decisions.
• Exceptional communication skills for executive-level reporting.
• Must be based in Salt Lake City, Utah, and work in the office Monday through Thursday.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with SQL.
• Experience with workflow tools like JIRA and Monday.com.
• Experience with dashboarding tools such as Tableau.
