Client Associate (IR Licensed) Wood Gundy (Financial Services)

Location: Toronto, ON, Canada; onsite full-time Monday through Friday

Salary: CAD 50,840–59,350 gross annual base salary, plus participation in an annual discretionary incentive or bonus program.

What you will do

• Build and grow Wood Gundy client portfolios through relationship management, investment advice, and client service.
• Work with Investment Advisors to manage portfolios and support new business development.
• Engage directly with high-net-worth clients, provide support, and identify opportunities.
• Help develop investment plans based on client profiles, goals, and risk/reward tolerance.
• Participate in local events, marketing, and outreach activities to grow the client network.
• Identify processes and opportunities that improve the client experience.

Requirements

• Current Investment Representative (IR) accreditation in good standing with CIRO Investment Dealer is required.
• Registered Representative (RR) licensing is an asset.
• Financial services and/or brokerage industry experience is required.
• Working knowledge of quotation equipment.
• Client-focused communication, relationship-building, business development, and critical-thinking skills.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada and, where applicable, a valid work or study permit are required.
