Financial Services Representative II

Location: On-site full-time in Victoria, BC, at 550-2945 Jacklin Rd; flexibility to work at multiple nearby banking centres is required.

What you will do

• Meet with clients to understand their personal and business priorities and recommend suitable financial solutions.
• Develop forward-looking financial plans using knowledge of cash management, credit, investments, and wealth protection.
• Build and deepen client relationships through outreach, marketing activities, and community engagement.
• Connect clients with the right internal partners and opportunities.
• Introduce clients to mobile banking applications and help them manage their banking needs digitally.
• Work banking centre hours, including possible evenings and weekends.

Requirements

• Current accreditation and good standing with a Mutual Funds License through the Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada.
• At least one year of experience working with clients and achieving sales results.
• Client-first approach, strong relationship-building skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Goal-oriented, collaborative, accountable, and motivated to continue learning.
• Legally eligible to work at the specified Canadian location; a valid work or study permit may be required.

Nice to have

• Prior banking experience in a similar capacity.
