SAP Finance Lead Consultant (S/4HANA)

What you will do

• Lead SAP Finance workstreams in SAP S/4HANA implementation and migration projects.
• Conduct business workshops, gather requirements, and analyze finance processes.
• Design and optimize finance processes and SAP system solutions.
• Support data migration, testing, cutover, and go-live activities.
• Provide functional leadership and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Ensure adoption of SAP best practices and S/4HANA standards.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience as an SAP FI/CO Consultant, Lead Consultant, or Subject Matter Expert.
• Participation in at least 3 SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration projects.
• Experience with GL, AP, AR, AA, Cost Center and Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Controlling.
• SAP S/4HANA Finance certification and experience in business process analysis, solution design, testing, and deployment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience with large enterprise transformations.
• Fluent Polish and English required for professional business communication.
