Senior SAP Functional In-House Consultant (m/f/d)

Location: Based in Germany, with a hybrid work model in Berlin or Munich. Work from another location is available for up to 60 days per year depending on the role.

What you will do

• Act as the in-house SAP expert during implementation of a new ERP system for FlixTrain, focused on Finance and Procurement.
• Translate Finance and Procurement requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
• Coordinate with external implementation partners across design, build, testing, cutover, and go-live preparation.
• Support data migration and test management from the Flix-side ownership perspective.
• Own post-go-live enhancements, change requests, integrations, and continuous process improvement.
• Build SAP capability within the ERP Finance team through teaching and mentoring.

Requirements

• 7+ years of SAP consulting experience, including 5+ years with S/4HANA.
• Strong experience with SAP Finance (FI/CO) and Procurement (MM), plus working knowledge of Supply Chain and Asset Management modules.
• At least two full end-to-end SAP implementations.
• Strong understanding of General Ledger, Accounts Payable and Receivable, Fixed Assets, Controlling, and Purchase-to-Pay processes.
• Experience working with external system integrators and senior Finance and Procurement stakeholders.
• Fluent German and English; based in Germany.
