Senior SAP FI/CO S/4HANA Consultant with German

Location: Remote with approximately once-per-quarter presence at the HQ in Warsaw, Poland

What you will do

• Lead technical analysis, solution design, SAP customization, and migration within complex SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
• Develop concepts and methodologies for controlling, standardizing, and optimizing financial and business processes.
• Lead project teams, support cross-functional collaboration, and take on partial project management responsibilities.
• Manage a diverse client portfolio and address complex or high-impact SAP FI/CO issues with project and customer stakeholders.
• Support and mentor junior SAP FI/CO consultants.
• Contribute to proposal preparation, bid teams, presales, and new business development.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience as an SAP Consultant with a strong focus on SAP FI/CO.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations, including 1–3 end-to-end projects, customization, and integration topics.
• Strong understanding of financial accounting and controlling processes, including optimization and transformation.
• Experience analyzing complex business requirements and translating them into scalable SAP solutions.
• Experience leading a project team, managing scope and timelines, and maintaining delivery quality.
• English at B2+ level and German at B2+ level, or communicative German with willingness to learn.
