What you will do

• Act as a bridge between IT and business departments.
• Lead SAP ECC to S/4HANA transformations.
• Plan, control, and execute complex SAP data migrations.
• Manage interdisciplinary project teams and coordinate external service providers.
• Support bid preparation, including requirements analysis, functional solution concepts, and effort estimations.

Requirements

• Extensive project and consulting experience as a Senior SAP Migration Consultant.
• Proficiency in classic SAP migration tools (LSMW, batch input) and modern S/4HANA approaches (Migration Cockpit, SLT).
• German language skills: C1 level minimum.
• English language skills: B2 level.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to manage critical project phases independently.

Nice to have

• Expertise in SNP or Natuvion.
• Experience with SAP Solution Manager, Jira, and Confluence.
