Senior SAP S/4HANA Consultant (FI/CO/PM/PS/SD/MM)

Location: Hybrid work from offices in Wroclaw, Gdansk, Poznan, Warsaw, Lublin, Opole, Katowice, or Krakow, Poland; willingness to travel up to 30% is required.

What you will do

• Implement, configure, and optimize SAP S/4HANA Utilities solutions to meet business requirements.
• Design tailored solutions for digitized and newly developed business models.
• Lead strategy and transformation projects for international clients, including C-level stakeholders.
• Advise clients on SAP S/4HANA, cloud transition, and Central Finance trends and their business impact.
• Combine strategic analysis with hands-on implementation of digital solutions.
• Support business development and acquisition of strategic transformation projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience, including at least 4 years in consulting or an in-house consulting team.
• Experience with strategic, cross-divisional ERP or platform transformations.
• Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA, cloud migration strategies, and strategic technology transformation.
• Strong SAP S/4HANA expertise in one or more modules: FI, CO, PM, PS, PP, SD, or MM.
• Business process expertise in finance, controlling, or supply chain management.
• Strong presentation and analytical skills in an English-speaking international environment; German is required for client-facing work in the DACH region.
