Learning & Development Partner

Location: Hickory, North Carolina, United States. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not provided.

What you will do

• Facilitate training sessions, workshops, onboarding programs, and professional development initiatives.
• Support the delivery of leadership development programs aligned with organizational goals.
• Coordinate training schedules, materials, communications, calendars, and program administration.
• Create, maintain, and improve training materials, job aids, presentations, e-learning content, and blended learning solutions.
• Administer the LMS, including course assignments, learner records, tracking, reporting, and compliance monitoring.
• Track learning metrics, analyze stakeholder feedback, and improve learning programs and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, Human Resources, Talent Development, or a related field.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience coordinating and delivering employee training programs while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and learning-related technologies, plus the ability to track, interpret, and report training data.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; candidates requiring current or future sponsorship are not eligible.

Nice to have

• Experience with Learning Management Systems and digital learning platforms.
• Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
• Experience supporting leadership development, onboarding, or professional development programs.
• TMP, APTD, or other learning and development certifications.
• Experience developing e-learning content and continuously improving learning programs.
