Learning & Development Strategist – AI Enablement

Location: New York, United States

Annual base salary: $250,000–$300,000, plus variable year-end compensation.

What you will do

• Monitor advances in AI models, tooling, and best practices and apply relevant insights to L&D strategy.
• Design learning programs that build AI fluency and help employees enhance and reinvent daily work.
• Consult with stakeholders to translate business needs into practical AI-driven learning and workflow solutions.
• Facilitate workshops and learning experiences that encourage confidence, curiosity, and thoughtful experimentation.
• Lead planning and execution for cross-functional AI learning initiatives, managing timelines, stakeholders, and dependencies.
• Partner with L&D colleagues to improve the design, delivery, and continuous development of learning programs through AI.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 15 or more years of professional experience, including experience in learning and development, instructional design, facilitation, or a related field.
• AI expertise and enthusiasm for current AI advancements and organizational adoption.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical learning solutions and communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, written communication, consulting, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Ability to facilitate and influence at all organizational levels, manage multiple workstreams, navigate dependencies, and operate effectively in ambiguous environments.
