Senior Manager, Learning & Development

Location: Hybrid role based out of the Bridgewater, New Jersey office, with remote work available most of the time and in-person collaboration as needed

Salary: $124,000–$161,000 annual

What you will do

• Design, develop, pilot, and deliver learning experiences using adult learning theory, design thinking, the 70:20:10 model, and multiple delivery modalities.
• Assess organizational capability gaps with business stakeholders and HR Business Partners, then curate and customize learning content.
• Design and manage cohort-based programs, including participant journeys, enrollment, communications, scheduling, facilitation, and evaluation.
• Facilitate engaging workshops and learning experiences for diverse global audiences in person and virtually.
• Manage multiple learning initiatives and coordinate external vendors and thought leaders.
• Analyze learning data and feedback to measure effectiveness, ROI, and opportunities for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organization Development, Education, or a related field.
• 6+ years of related Learning & Development experience focused on facilitation and instructional design.
• Experience designing training programs and learning assets for instructor-led, eLearning, and social learning modalities.
• Experience designing and managing cohort-based programs, including participant journey design, milestone planning, and multi-session facilitation.
• Experience creating learning solutions for cross-functional, multi-level global audiences.
• Proficiency in Articulate 360, Synthesia, Intrepid, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office 365, learning content tools, and Learning Management or Learning Experience Systems.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology organizations.
• Experience with Workday Learning or Sana Learn.
