Category Manager (Retail)

What you will do

• Lead brand sourcing for key categories including K-fashion, 3C electronics, home appliances, and food & beverage.
• Build and maintain a local Korean supply chain network to optimize procurement channels.
• Establish long-term partnerships with brand owners and tier-1 distributors to drive deep collaboration.
• Collaborate with internal operations, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure project implementation.
• Monitor market trends and competitor strategies to provide actionable sourcing recommendations.

Requirements

• Native Korean proficiency is required; English or Chinese proficiency is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in business development, procurement, or brand management in the Korean market.
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, International Trade, E-commerce, or related fields.
• Strong business negotiation and client development skills with experience in commercial contract management.
• Proven track record in project management and market analysis.
