Instructional Content Specialist

Location: In-office at the Mason, Ohio headquarters

What you will do

• Create and oversee curricula, including programming changes and new course additions.
• Partner with subject matter experts to identify learning needs and ensure content consistency.
• Manage instructional projects from concept through delivery, coordinating milestones, deadlines, and task owners.
• Create and revise instructor-led, virtual, eLearning, video, webinar, and other multimedia training materials.
• Coordinate eLearning handoffs, storyboards, and production work with the eLearning Developer.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and lead improvements, sustainability, recognition, and accreditation efforts where appropriate.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, communication, education, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three to four years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong instructional design, organizational, and project management skills.
• Knowledge of instructional design theory, adult learning methodologies, and current instructional trends.
• Ability to work in-office at the Mason, Ohio headquarters.

Nice to have

• Experience with 360, Articulate, Adobe Captivate, or Lucid.
• Experience with LMS administration.
