HR Shared Services Associate

What you will do

• Process high-volume employee data changes and lifecycle transactions, including onboarding, offboarding, transfers, promotions, separations, and absence management.
• Support employees and managers with self-service transactions and resolve employee inquiries.
• Research, escalate, and resolve Workday-related operational issues.
• Maintain data quality, records, retention, and compliance with applicable employment laws and global data standards.
• Run ad hoc reports and meet established service-level agreements and people systems delivery metrics.
• Collaborate across functions and locations while delivering timely, professional customer service.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education, training, or work experience preferred.
• Experience using People Office systems, preferably Workday, and knowledge of HR concepts, policies, and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail, data entry, organization, prioritization, and follow-up skills.
• Excellent customer service, problem-solving, multitasking, oral, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, maintain confidentiality, and interact effectively with employees, managers, clients, and functional teams.
• Experience handling customer interactions and addressing escalations.
