What you will do

• Partner with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies aligned with business goals and market trends.
• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from intake through offer for professional and management roles.
• Build diverse talent pipelines through job postings, referrals, social media, job boards, and proactive sourcing.
• Use assessment tools, structured interview guides, and scorecards to support consistent selection decisions.
• Coach hiring leaders on unbiased recruitment and inclusive interviewing practices.
• Represent the organization at job fairs, campus events, and networking opportunities while sharing market insights with the Talent Acquisition team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2–4+ years of recruiting experience supporting professional or management roles.
• Experience partnering with business leaders and advising on talent strategies.
• Working knowledge of sourcing tools, social networking platforms, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, with the ability to manage multiple searches independently.
• Reliable high-speed wired internet and a suitable home workspace are required for the remote role.

• Experience with high-volume sourcing or hiring environments.
• Experience with Workday and financial services recruiting.
• Familiarity with structured interview and assessment methodologies.
• Experience supporting inclusive hiring practices and reducing bias in selection decisions.
• Experience representing an organization at campus or community recruiting events.
