Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter - Contract

Location: Devens, Massachusetts, United States; hybrid workplace with occasional travel to recruiting events, hiring days, training events, and team-building sessions.

Salary: $60–$100 per hour

What you will do

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing through candidate decision and onboarding.
• Execute high-volume recruiting for technical and non-technical roles across supply chain, engineering, finance, operations, and manufacturing.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and guide interview, selection, and hiring processes.
• Use search engines, career sites, recruiting events, and creative sourcing methods to generate candidate leads.
• Improve recruiting practices, candidate experience, time to fill, and organizational efficiency.
• Lead manager interview training and discussions on recruiting trends and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, targeted outreach, negotiation, scheduling, closing, and onboarding.
• Experience with diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies and talent-community networking.
• Strong understanding of recruiting metrics and performance drivers.
• Strong communication, negotiation, organizational, and stakeholder facilitation skills.
• Ability to comply with U.S. Export Control Laws concerning controlled or protected technologies and information.

• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and detailed reporting.
