Temporary Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Hybrid, with 2 days onsite per week at either the Silicon Valley, California, or New York, New York, office; additional in-office days may be required.

Salary: $84,000–$120,000 per year, with a discretionary performance bonus potentially available.

What you will do

• Attract, screen, and select qualified candidates across all levels.
• Review applications, coordinate interviews, and refer qualified applicants to hiring managers.
• Recommend final candidates and coordinate pre-hire and offer processes.
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify role specifications, required skills, and recruiting strategies.
• Develop sourcing plans and use proactive recruiting and behavioral interviewing techniques.
• Drive timely communication, status updates, and an effective candidate and client experience.

Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting experience.
• Excellent interviewing and manager communication skills.
• Thorough knowledge of recruitment and selection techniques.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, coordinate resources, and work under pressure.
• Knowledge of state and federal employment law.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; ability to work beyond regular business hours when required.
