MT A&PC Engineer (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives for process control programs in pad manufacturing.
• Collaborate with process and technical teams to identify best practices and implement effective control technologies.
• Drive program enhancements and system implementations to improve yield, product quality, equipment uptime, and manufacturing capacity.
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex process control and automation issues.
• Prepare engineering data and collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams on capital improvement projects.
• Develop test plans and support system commissioning, decommissioning, start-up, and shutdown activities.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in the semiconductor or panel industry.
• Master’s degree in engineering, preferably electrical or mechanical engineering.
• Good English communication skills required.
• Technical expertise in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving equipment or process-program issues.
• Ability to plan and manage multiple complex, time-sensitive projects and work effectively in self-managed and team environments.
• Ability to design and maintain SIF/SIL requirements for control systems in compliance with safety standards.

Nice to have

• Experience with Allen-Bradley or Siemens PLCs.
• Robot tuning experience with UR, Allen-Bradley, or KUKA systems.
• Project leadership experience.
• Willingness to travel on business trips.
