Senior Director, Process Support Engineer (Semiconductor)

Location: Hsinchu, Taiwan. Relocation is not available.

What you will do

• Engage with customer department heads and directors to identify high-value problems affecting technology milestones.
• Provide technical leadership for solutions across business units and support multi-year account strategies.
• Lead technology demonstrations, on-site evaluations, joint development programs, and new tool qualifications.
• Manage Process Support Engineers delivering installation, diagnosis, troubleshooting, service, and repair for complex equipment and systems.
• Develop the technical capabilities of the PSE organization, mentor managers, and implement training plans.
• Manage demand planning, financial forecasts, product-line expertise, and integration across multiple technology areas.

Requirements

• MS degree in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or a related field.
• 15+ years of semiconductor industry experience in customer engineering, field service, process support, or applications.
• Strong background in semiconductor metrology, inspection, or process control technologies.
• 5+ years of experience leading managers and multi-level technical organizations.
• Experience supporting strategic semiconductor customers, driving technology adoption, managing large technical teams, workforce planning, and business forecasts.
• Strong leadership, communication, executive stakeholder management, and advanced semiconductor manufacturing integration experience.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting TSMC or other leading semiconductor manufacturers.
• Leadership experience at a semiconductor equipment company such as KLA, ASML, Hitachi High-Tech, Nova, or hirify.global.
