Senior Engineer, Quality Engineering, APS (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Drive plant quality performance through process control, root-cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, and continuous improvement.
• Lead resolution of product and process nonconformances using 8D, RCA, CAPA, and structured problem-solving methods.
• Monitor production quality parameters and factory metrics including Yield, FPY, Scrap, DPPM, CCPK, SPC, and Cpk.
• Manage nonconforming materials, containment activities, disposition, and recurrence prevention with production and engineering teams.
• Apply statistical analysis and SPC to improve process capability, control plans, and manufacturing risk reduction.
• Conduct process audits and quality reviews, and support qualification, validation, and change-management activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience in quality, manufacturing, process, equipment, or materials engineering within semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with FMEA, SPC, MSA, Control Plan, 8D, CAPA, DOE, process mapping, and statistical data analysis.
• Knowledge of quality systems, change management, audits, risk assessment, and qualification or validation activities.
• Experience collaborating with Production, Process Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, and Quality teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.
