Quality Technician I

Salary: $19.00–$29.00 per hour

What you will do

• Review complaint investigations for completeness and determine root causes at the system or component level.
• Communicate with customers and suppliers during investigation and quality processes.
• Document complaint investigations and related findings.
• Propose corrective actions when needed.
• Support complaint handling, customer turnaround, event reporting, and corrective and preventive action programs.

Requirements

• Two-year degree or equivalent work experience, plus at least two years of related experience.
• Experience with soldering, ESD handling, and electromechanical assembly methods.
• Experience using mechanical and electronic test equipment.
• Knowledge of electronic technology concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Basic computer skills in Microsoft Windows and familiarity with Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of FDA Quality System Regulation and the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary organization.

• Knowledge of United States and international medical device reporting requirements.
