Global Supply Chain Analyst

Location: McCarran, Nevada, United States; onsite work required

hirify.global is localizing the global battery supply chain through battery recovery, reuse, recycling, energy storage, and battery materials production.

What you will do

• Collect, clean, and analyze historical and forecasted indirect spend by category, site, and supplier.
• Develop category strategies for equipment rentals, contract labor and staffing, and facilities and MRO.
• Run sourcing events, including RFx packages, supplier quote analysis, total cost of ownership comparisons, and award recommendations.
• Support negotiations and execute master agreements, rate cards, rental terms, catalogs, and preferred supplier pricing.
• Track rental fleets, analyze rent-versus-buy decisions, benchmark contingent labor rates, and audit agency invoices.
• Establish supplier performance metrics, resolve supplier issues, and publish monthly spend and savings reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or Finance preferred, or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, category management, supply chain, finance, or operations analysis.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills, including building bottom-up cost models from incomplete data.
• Experience reconciling spend data from an ERP or procure-to-pay system such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Coupa, or Ariba.
• Working knowledge of strategic sourcing, RFx, and procure-to-pay processes.
• Comfortable working onsite, walking job sites and warehouses, and working directly with purchasing stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with indirect procurement in manufacturing, heavy industrial, construction, mining, or energy environments.
• Familiarity with equipment rental agreements, construction contracting, or VMS and MSP tools for contingent labor.
• Experience with SQL, Power BI, or Tableau for recurring reporting.
• Passion for sustainability.
