Sales Development Representative (AI)

Location: On-site in the NYC office 5 days a week; travel to conferences approximately 30% of the time.

Salary: $75K–$120K per year, plus equity.

What you will do

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities.
• Engage prospects through cold calls and LinkedIn messages to generate qualified meetings.
• Identify and convert prospects at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
• Collaborate with Sales, Growth, and the CEO on top-of-funnel strategy.
• Help establish foundational sales processes as an early hire.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a Sales Development Representative.
• Proven success exceeding sales quotas.
• Fearless, self-motivated, and persistent when handling phone and in-person rejection.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate value propositions and understand customer pain points.
• Familiarity with CRM and sales tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn, and Clay.
• Ability to work in person in the NYC office five days per week and travel to conferences approximately 30% of the time.
