Sr. Solutions Consultant, Supply Chain Finance (formerly Demica)

Location: United States, Miami; hybrid work with office time, work from home, and business travel

Salary: $112,960–$192,020 per year, plus commission potential

What you will do

• Drive the technical win in presales by understanding prospect pain points and proposing tailored technical solutions.
• Conduct technical discovery and requirements gathering for qualification and project scoping.
• Lead remote and in-person product demonstrations covering receivables finance, payables finance, and dynamic discounting.
• Run proofs of concept and prepare technically accurate RFP/I responses and presentations.
• Maintain the RFP/I answer library and coordinate with Technical, Product, Commercial, and Implementation Teams.
• Track working capital industry trends, regulations, product capabilities, roadmap changes, and competitors.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in presales, sales engineering, solution consulting, technical account management, or a similar role.
• Alternatively, at least 2 years of experience in a financial institution or corporate treasury team focused on supply chain finance products.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills with a commercial and client-focused mindset.
• Ability to present and demonstrate technical concepts to technical and business stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel when required, up to 20%.

Nice to have

• Understanding of corporate treasury teams and common stakeholder personas.
• Experience with SaaS companies and enterprise sales processes.
• Knowledge of cloud hosting, security, and regulatory requirements for large corporates and financial institutions.
• Business-level Spanish for coverage of Spanish-speaking markets.
