What you will do

• Advise clients on strategic objectives, business challenges, operating models, and transformation initiatives.
• Define and document business outcomes, requirements, solution designs, and Target Operating Models.
• Lead hirify.global Model Wealth Solution configuration for platform implementations.
• Design platform integrations and operational workflows, and support functional and technical reviews.
• Support testing, defect verification, business readiness, customer training, and knowledge transfer.
• Guide project teams and junior colleagues while contributing to solution sizing and new client engagements.

Requirements

• Experience in business analysis, consulting, solution design, or a similar client-facing role.
• Ability to gather, analyse, and translate complex business requirements into practical solutions.
• Experience in delivery, consulting, or transformation environments.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and commercial skills.
• Ability to take ownership and deliver outcomes in complex environments.
• Degree or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• Experience in wealth management, investments, pensions, life insurance, or broader financial services.
• Knowledge of platform-based operating models, digital transformation, financial services regulation, or investment operations.
• Previous consulting or client advisory experience.
