Solution Consultant (Fintech)

What you will do

• Partner with clients to define strategic objectives, business outcomes, requirements, and target operating models.
• Design platform solutions, integrations, operational workflows, and detailed solution documentation.
• Lead Model Wealth Solution configuration throughout discovery, design, testing, training, and business readiness.
• Advise on operating model transformation, service models, service-level agreements, and regulatory considerations.
• Provide solution ownership, verify defects, and support successful delivery and handover to development teams.
• Guide project teams and junior colleagues while contributing to solution sizing, sales opportunities, and new client engagements.

Requirements

• Experience in business analysis, consulting, solution design, or a similar client-facing role.
• Ability to gather, analyse, and translate complex business requirements into practical solutions.
• Experience in delivery, consulting, or transformation environments.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, commercial, and ownership skills.
• Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience with wealth management, investments, pensions, life insurance, financial services, or wealth technology platforms is preferred.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of platform-based operating models and digital transformation programmes.
• Understanding of financial services regulation and the regulatory landscape.
• Previous consulting or client advisory experience.
