Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (Real Estate and Cyber)

Location: On-site in Grand Rapids, MI, Chicago, IL, New York City, or Hartford, CT

Salary: $152,000–$205,000 base compensation per year

What you will do

• Lead continuous forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning for the Real Estate Services and Cyber business units.
• Build and maintain driver-based financial models connecting operational metrics with business outcomes.
• Perform variance analysis and turn financial data into actionable insights and executive narratives.
• Partner with Data & Analytics to develop dashboards, integrate data sources, and standardize KPI definitions.
• Prepare financial packages and business performance updates for senior leadership and the Board of Directors.
• Support ROI analysis, M&A modeling, process automation, and other strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related quantitative field.
• 7+ years of progressive FP&A or related finance experience.
• Required experience in the real estate industry, such as mortgage origination or title insurance.
• Advanced Excel and experience with planning platforms such as Adaptive, Anaplan, or Oracle EPM.
• Experience with BI and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker, including work with large datasets.
• Strong communication, presentation, ownership, relationship management, process improvement, and automation skills.

Nice to have

• MBA or MSc degree.
• Experience in insurance, financial services, or a multi-entity environment.
• Experience coaching analysts and developing advanced modeling and analytics skills.
