Digital Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: Onsite in Westlake, Texas, or Austin, Texas, United States. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without employer sponsorship.

Salary: $85,500–$135,000 per year, plus eligibility for bonus or incentive opportunities.

What you will do

• Manage product roadmap execution, leading discovery and requirements definition from product vision through delivery.
• Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on client needs and business goals.
• Use user research, competitive analysis, and product landscape insights to improve product-market fit.
• Collaborate with design, technology, business partners, and other product teams to manage dependencies and deliver digital experiences.
• Develop data-driven insights, monitor product metrics, and communicate recommendations and results to leadership.
• Frame complex challenges as problems to solve through critical thinking and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product management or a similar field, with strong digital product management skills.
• Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data, identify opportunities, and develop recommendations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including presenting complex messages and trade-offs to all organizational levels.
• Strong emotional intelligence, organizational skills, relationship-building ability, and experience managing multiple projects.
• United States work authorization required; employer sponsorship is not available.
