Events Specialist (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote U.S.; must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employer sponsorship. Travel of approximately 25–30% is required, including domestic and international travel.

Salary: $98,000–$115,000 base pay annually, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Plan and execute hirify.global’s presence at RSAC, Black Hat, Fal.Con, and AWS re:Invent, including sponsorship logistics, exhibit planning, booth design coordination, and on-site execution.
• Coordinate sponsor deliverables such as speaking submissions, digital placements, lead retrieval, co-marketing, and event activations.
• Maintain planning calendars, project trackers, and status updates across multiple overlapping events and workstreams.
• Identify dependencies and execution risks early, coordinating resolution with internal and external partners.
• Partner with Design, PMM, Project Management, Revenue, Field Marketing, agencies, vendors, and conference organizers.
• Collect booth traffic, meetings, and pipeline data, report on sponsorship ROI, and support flagship programs during high-volume production periods.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in B2B field marketing, event marketing, or conference production.
• Hands-on experience with large-scale third-party conferences and in-house flagship events.
• Experience coordinating conference organizers, agencies, vendors, sponsorship deliverables, and exhibit logistics.
• Strong organization, execution, judgment, follow-through, and ability to manage concurrent deadlines.
• Comfort working with Revenue and Field Marketing teams and understanding how events support pipeline goals.
• U.S. work authorization without current or future employer sponsorship is required.

Nice to have

• Cybersecurity or cloud conference experience, particularly with RSAC, Black Hat, Fal.Con, or AWS re:Invent.
• Curiosity and sound judgment in using AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact.
