Field Marketing Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote

Salary: $124,000–$145,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Execute regional field marketing programs aligned with pipeline and revenue goals.
• Plan and deliver executive dinners, roundtables, trade shows, webinars, and other high-impact events.
• Partner with sales teams to engage target accounts and accelerate deals.
• Develop and execute account-based marketing campaigns for high-value prospects.
• Launch integrated campaigns across field, digital, and partner channels.
• Track campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI while experimenting with AI-driven marketing tools.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, or B2B marketing in cybersecurity.
• Experience supporting pipeline generation through events and regional marketing programs.
• Strong collaboration skills and experience working closely with sales teams.
• Analytical mindset with experience measuring campaign performance and ROI.
• Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Familiarity with ABM strategies, enterprise sales cycles, and AI tools in marketing workflows.
