Corporate Compliance Analyst (AI)

What you will do

• Review AI, privacy, and related compliance processes.
• Monitor regulatory trends and analyze compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.
• Develop guidance and reference materials for compliance programs.
• Compile regulations and support responses to potential violations, regulatory inquiries, audits, and investigations.
• Maintain AI and privacy compliance documentation and organize legal records.
• Coordinate administrative support for Corporate Counsel, including documents, filings, meetings, travel, and regulatory deadlines.

Requirements

• Ability to analyze AI, privacy, and other regulatory compliance matters.
• Ability to research and compile relevant federal, state, and local regulations.
• Ability to prepare, review, and organize legal documents and regulatory filings.
• Ability to coordinate with legal counsel and gather information for regulatory responses.
• Ability to work overtime.
• Professional and ethical approach to business activities.
