Contribute legal expertise to an innovative AI-focused project.

What you will do

• Review and analyze M&A, private equity, capital markets, and corporate legal documents.
• Analyze commercial litigation scenarios and provide legal insights.
• Draft and review contracts, agreements, and corporate governance materials.
• Evaluate AI-generated legal content for accuracy, clarity, and completeness.
• Provide expert feedback and support quality assurance while collaborating with remote, multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements

• JD from an accredited US law school and active US bar admission.
• Strong expertise in M&A, corporate law, private equity, capital markets, and commercial litigation.
• Excellent legal research, drafting, analytical, and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Nice to have

• Experience as a Corporate Attorney at a leading US law firm.
• Experience with legal technology, document review, or legal content evaluation.
• Familiarity with quality assurance or rubric-based legal review.
