What you will do

• Shape and execute the program management vision in line with strategic priorities and growth objectives.
• Manage a portfolio of strategic projects and programs supporting smooth travel through airports and border-control areas.
• Lead and develop a global team of project managers, promoting accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of large-scale, multi-product programs with financial, regulatory, and operational impact.
• Lead cross-functional steering committees and provide executive visibility into risks, dependencies, remediation actions, and opportunities.
• Drive standardization, governance, quality controls, and continuous improvement across project processes, tools, and reporting.

Requirements

• Extensive experience delivering large-scale, multi-product programs.
• Proven experience managing, inspiring, motivating, and engaging project management teams.
• Strong leadership, influencing, networking, communication, accountability, and customer-centricity skills.
• Business acumen in the airport industry.
• Fluent English required.
