What you will do

• Lead project and program management teams across the UK, EU, and APAC SMB business lines.
• Establish consistent project management standards, methodologies, and reporting across programs.
• Own execution and attainment of business objectives across accepted programs of work.
• Identify revenue acceleration, efficiency, and continuous improvement opportunities.
• Align program activities and deliverables with long-term strategic priorities.
• Communicate progress, manage expectations, balance priorities, and resolve operational issues.

Requirements

• Experience in an SMB organization, including market dynamics and go-to-market frameworks.
• Strong problem structuring, requirements analysis, solution prioritization, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Ability to build commercial and technical relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Executive communication skills for translating complex analysis into clear business narratives.
• Experience leading change through OKRs, operating reviews, and transparent progress cadences.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing, strategic thinking, and team-building abilities.
