Programme Manager (Retail)

Location: Hybrid role based in Chiswick Park, West London, UK, with onsite attendance two days a week

What you will do

• Lead complex strategic programmes across hirify.global International markets and functions.
• Develop programme plans covering scope, timelines, resources, budgets, deliverables, risks, and governance.
• Partner with senior business leaders, IT leads, cross-functional stakeholders, and external partners.
• Monitor programme performance, produce status reporting, and provide actionable insight.
• Ensure programme outcomes, return on investment, and business expectations are achieved.
• Transition programme outcomes into the business through change management, engagement, and sustainment planning.

Requirements

• Experience leading complex programmes in cross-functional, multi-market environments.
• Experience in project or programme management; retail experience is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Commercial awareness and financial acumen, balancing business needs, technology requirements, and costs.
• Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage ambiguity and deliver at pace.
• Ability to work onsite at Chiswick Park, West London, two days per week.
