Engineering Program Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Manage customer-facing engineering programs and projects for enterprise-grade AI software and solutions.
• Communicate clearly across engineering, product, leadership, strategic customers, and external partners.
• Develop program schedules, track dependencies, manage risks, and drive organizational alignment.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver technical products, services, and solutions on time.
• Identify and resolve delivery issues, establish progress checkpoints, and prioritize schedule and product-quality impacts.
• Work with Applied ML Engineering, Forward Deployed Engineering, Platform, Product, and Go-to-Market teams.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as an Engineering Program Manager or Technical Program Manager.
• At least 2 years of customer-facing technical delivery and operations experience with enterprise-grade AI software or solutions.
• Experience shipping technical products, services, or solutions with cross-functional teams and multiple workstreams.
• Ability to independently track and report progress, manage dependencies, and hold contributors accountable.
• Strong organization, written and verbal communication, problem-solving, execution, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work with owners across different time zones and communicate diplomatically with leaders and individual contributors.

• Knowledge or experience with LLM training or optimization.
