Salary: $150,000 – $155,000 yearly

What you will do

• Provide expert guidance on payments, treasury, liquidity management, and working capital products for corporate customers.
• Develop digital strategies for platforms including Wires, ACH, and Lockbox.
• Support clients in creating product pipelines, requirements, user stories, and strategic roadmaps.
• Interpret regulatory trends (ISO, OCC, FED) to develop compliance strategies and internal policies.
• Manage multiple consulting engagements, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
• Drive business development through proposals, presentations, and thought leadership.

Requirements

• 9+ years of experience in Treasury Management, Cash Management, or Payments (Tier 1 bank or FinTech).
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management, or a related field.
• Expertise in cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and transaction banking infrastructure.
• Deep understanding of US payments regulations and the full payments ecosystem.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management best practices.

Nice to have

• Master's degree (MBA) or certifications like CTP, CACM, CFTEA, or CTM.
• Experience as a Product Manager or Product Leader in Financial Services or Payments.
• Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and tools like Jira, Rally, or Confluence.
