Consultant Senior - Quantum Treasury Management (Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead treasury technology consulting engagements aligned with client and business objectives.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients, end users, and consulting teams.
• Lead requirements discovery, solution design, specifications, and data modeling.
• Analyze industry, technology, and systems impacts to recommend optimal solutions.
• Define, execute, and oversee testing to ensure solution quality and client alignment.
• Lead technical workstreams, mentor junior team members, and support pre-sales and client training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, or work experience.
• Typically 5 or more years of treasury industry experience with platform implementation exposure.
• Experience implementing Quantum Treasury Management or similar solutions.
• Strong knowledge of hirify.global products, financial services, software delivery models, SDLC methodologies, and application architecture.
• Working proficiency in SQL, quality testing tools, and at least one programming language.
• Client consulting, stakeholder influence, executive-level communication, analytical problem-solving, project scoping, and timeline management skills; willingness to travel as needed.

Nice to have

• Two or more years of consulting experience.
